RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help define scope and project timelines for a testing cycle
- Write/review test plans, test cases, status reports
- Review bug reports to ensure reproducibility and quality
- Ensuring test execution adheres to the clients request and expectations
- Ensure that work being performed of the highest quality
- Identifying areas of improvement for testing effectiveness
- Track report their project status to project lead ensure the project is done on time
- Provide daily/weekly status reports to internal managers and clients
- Ensuring the overall quality of testing for assigned client

|
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong QA background – 4+ years doing testing or QA related work
- Creating written test scenarios
- Creating Automation Test Scripts
+ Load Test Tool (Load Runner, Silk Performer)
+ Test Automation Tool (Silk, WinRunner, Quicktest Pro)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge of MS Windows and Mac Operating Systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle and organize multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-Management a big plus
- Experience working with an Offshore Team is big plus
- BS from a 4-year college or requisite experience
