- Seeking the Vietnamese supplier for mechanical part (plastic, packing, metal…) and electronic components (Semi-conductor, IC, Diode….) to develop the supplier system
- Monitor and assess the ability of the supplier to meet the need of the Company
- Make supplier inspection report
- Coordinate with appropriate supplier following the need of the Company
- Negotiating price, orders and the condition of the contract signed with supplier
- Coordinate with the related department in the contract performance process also including resolve the problem arising
- Track the delivery progress consistent with the production plan
- Implement and report the material purchasing situation with superior
- Control and Update the inventory entry data
- Make inventory report
- Update the market information, price, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior
