Target:
Minimal sales for 2018: 10 million RMB on Chinese market
Various points:
Staff forecast in 2018 (end): Operations Manager + Assistant + 2 telesales (outbound calls to customers) + 1 sales person + Storekeeper + 1 assistant storekeeper
Budget for promotion after business plan agreed by Chairman
Option for 2019: Workshop for small-scale production of springs
