Mô tả công việc
OPERATION
- Create program operating and briefing with guides.
- Coordinate with Operation teams in Hanoi, Danang to solve on spot problems.
- Ensure good quality follow up and tour management.
- Advise Sales about right itineraries according to each clients’ profile/market
- Check the confirmation program to avoid all the mistakes from sales
- Develop the database of suppliers for these services: Hotels/ Cruises/ Car/ Guides/ Activities/ Restaurant.

RESERVATION
- Make reservation for these services: Hotels/ Cruises/ Car/ Guides/ Activities/ Restaurant.
- Coordinate with Reservation teams in Hanoi, Danang to solve on spot problems.
- Ensure good quality follow up and services management.
- Advise Sales about right services according to each clients’ profile/market.
- Check the confirmation program to avoid all the mistakes from sales for all services.
- Develop the database of suppliers for these services: Hotels/ Cruises/ Car/ Guides/ Activities/ Restaurant.

Reports to: (weekly/monthly report)
- Office Manager in Saigon.

Số năm kinh nghiệm: 2 Năm
Cấp bậc tối thiểu: Nhân viên
Bằng cấp tối thiểu: Đại học
Yêu cầu chung: - Excellent communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written in French
- Positive attitude, very open-minded, customer service mindset
- Good knowledge about products/ operation (Vietnam)
- At least 2 years experienced in tourism/ hospitality or other related fields
- Curiosity, responsiveness, creativity, adaptability, self-sufficiency
- Able to work to guidelines and to create guideline
- Able to work to deadlines
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to be calm and productive under extreme high pressures
- Able to work independently and work well in a team
- Good presentation skills
