We are coming from Japan - I-Cube Corporation, with more than 40 years experiencing in providing education services to many generations of talented Japanese people, through a system of more than 50 centers around the country. We are establishing first center in Vietnam on 2015, the system is expanding to 3 centers in Vietnam already, besides that, we are also coming to Thailand, Laos, Philippines...Our main focus is to providing languages and soft skills courses to children from 4 - 15 years old, to develop people and contribute to society.

• High teaching quality and teaching efficiency:
o Ensuring students meet IZUMI standard requirement for result and being interested and engaged in their learning.
o Positive feedbacks for teaching quality (from Board, GM, CM, Parents and Students).
o Do best effort to meet teaching efficiency by creating an instructional environment that is conducive to the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of students.
o Meet and instructs assigned classes at creative designated teaching method with use of visual communication, activities.
o Deliver excellent motivation and P.A.S method in class.
• Highest retention rate / Lowest resign rate: ensuring the quality of teaching job and customer satisfaction to minimize resign ratio (limited at 5%/class of 12 weeks).
• Customer satisfaction:
o Taking care carefully of every customer of IZUMI (from Potential-Student to Current Student) to achieve 95% of satisfaction to IZUMI product and service.
o Contribute ideas and suggestions to increase customer service and teaching quality of IZUMI
o On-time and accurate report and Admin jobs.
o Being punctual all the time.
o Professional attitude to represent for IZUMI images.

• Other tasks assigned by Line manager.

University graduate, Japan related major or Japanese is plus.
Japanese N3 Level a must.
Japan overseas students or trainees before is plus.
No need background and knowledge about education or experience of working as teacher or
doing teaching job before.
Love working with children, having ability of children motivation.
Good dealing with complaints and feedbacks, proactive problem solving.
Calm, creative, professional attitude, punctual and high discipline people.
Good communication, excellent team player.
Fast learning and understanding; Good handle multiple assignments effectively at one time.
High responsibility and honesty.
Good English skills
Working time: 40 hours/week, we will off on Monday.
Tue to Fri: from 13:00 to 20:30
Saturday: from 08:00 to 19:00
Sunday: from 08:00 to 12:00
