FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

1. Job description:
+ Ensure that the outlets (Restaurant, Halfway House, Function Room) are adequately equipped with operating equipment, guest supplies and accessories
+ Schedule and assign staff according to reservation forecast, any special activities, events, holidays, vacation and arrangements
+ Give continuous training to the employees and to conduct communication meetings in order to review and improve service procedures
+ Ensure that new staff members undergo a complete introduction program
+ Maintain a daily logbook to record comments, complaints and sales information and to forward this daily to GM after closing of the restaurant and halfway houses
+ Maintain accurate employees attendance, evaluate all employees in order to recommend any promotions or for further employment with new employees
+ Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times and ensure that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management
+ To be constantly aware of what competitors are doing regarding special promotions, new menus and pricing business trends, covers and average checks
+ Any other duties as directed by the General Manager or other members of the management team
