- Contribute in building training procedures and courses’ quality assessment criteria.
- Establish system of criteria for monitoring and evaluating teachers/tutors.
- Plan on training and put in operation.
- Organize full time training sections or 1-1 coaching.
- Attend periodical class observation.
- Join hands with Program Development team to come up with any suitable adjustments in order for courses’ quality to make progress.
- Work with Student Management team to observe and evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Cooperate with HR Department on teacher recruiting criteria.
- Implement weekly admin tasks.
- Report results of training sections to Head of Department/Team leader.
