• Payment: Checking all invoices & supporting docs in compliance with company procedures, scan docs to LGSM. Coordinate with LGSM for payment run process with designate company schedule. Invoice posting, payment processing, payment clearing, review cash availability for payment. Review purchase contract, prepare offset minutes in accordance with tax regulations.
Timely and coordinated document movement between country and LGSM (Linde Global Service Manila). Maintaining reliable and accurate accounting records for the company. Time to time communication with LGSM team for accounting of transactions. Reconciliation receivables, payables, bank accounts at month end. Reconcile with suppliers, interco if any issues.
• Statutory reports Draw data from system and format the same as per audit / tax requirements. Provide necessary document to support audit / tax requirements. Support line manager in timely information to the statutory / tax auditors and implementation of audit recommendation, stock count. Ensure all monthly, quarterly, yearly local statutory reports such as: statistical reports, borrowing reports & BIZA are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
• Treasury Activities: Control treasury, prepare cash flow. Follow up deposit, send supporting docs to the bank for oversea payments. Understand all aspects of cash flow. Assist in forecast of daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions. Monitor day to day operations of cash management systems.
Liaison and co-ordinate with banks and deliver treasury instruments like Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees etc. requested by business. Maintain proper records as may be required for efficient functioning of Treasury team.

• Accounting degree or Finance degree.
• At least 1 years experience in multinational company
• Experienced in local statustory reports, tax reports.
• Sound SAP knowledge
• Ability to navigate and assimilate in a multinational environment- Strong working knowledge of IT systems will be highly advantageous.
• Attention to details.
