The Operation team look for performance marketing specialist in order to extend active users and new users. Performance marketing specialist role is for developing marketing strategy and operation in Vietnam. We will build marketing strategy to operation plan and analyse the KPI’s. We assume to challenge all the marketing tools and will build success story with you.

As Performance marketing specialist, you’ll be responsible for optimizing Facebook marketing, local marketing channel and build the accounting plan. You’ll will work closely with our sellers and our developing team in Korea to streamline processes, resolve issues that come up with onboarding and submission. You’d be instrumental in suggesting improvements to workflow & processes to reduce the onboarding time for developers.


- Work closely with external stakeholders (Web based) to ensure seamless cooperation
- Identify key issues and streamline the process for onboarding & submissions for key sales partners – with a goal of reducing the lead time
- Work closely with sellers to optimise the performance of the Sleepon chatbot on partner stores, thereby increasing revenue
- Meet regularly with the partners to map out content featuring schedules, promotions, etc,. in order to optimize revenue performance
- You will make the marketing contents with contents building tools
- Collaborate closely with the product team to identify and recommend improvements and growth opportunities against our core KPIs
- Establishment of performance marketing strategy and practical operation for user acquisition and re-engagement of global platform
- Planning and operating global customer activation campaigns through performance marketing and CRM
- Discover and execute items that maximise customer inflow through analysis of customer data and attribution by various items such as country and channel

Yêu cầu chung: **Requirements**

- Experienced in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, and proven ability to manage in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experienced in working within the E-commerce industry with good understanding of the nuances of the marketing processes (technical as well as business considerations)
- Understanding of marketing programs and managing a release schedule
- Experienced in managing partner relationships with excellent written and verbal communication skills. English and Vietnamese mandatory, Korean is plus
- Proactive team player, equipped with autonomy and motivation to deliver individually as well as with a team
- At least 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher (regardless of major)
- Those who can plan performance marketing and retention campaigns based on data-based quantitative analysis and qualitative customer needs/trends and actually execute them directly

**Bonus Points**

- Experience in working with an E-commerce is a plus!
- Multi-Player will be best
- Those who can submit portfolios related to the work (submit with application form)
- Those who have experience in direct reading and operating performance marketing through data-based analysis and decision making to A-Z, resulting in successful results
- Those who have experience in executing and operating all steps directly, not operating external partners
- Those who have experience in global service-based performance marketing and CRM campaigns
- Those who have experience using data analysis and application tools (GA, Facebook Ads, Etc.)
